Location: the hotel was adjacent to the restaurant, Kad Suan Kaew and the market. Loved the room with a comfy kings size bed, my bed was comfortable.

There was hair in some areas and Wi-Fi signal was not good.

The hotel is in reality completely different from what is described on intenet - Dirty, away from the center, old, with a swimming pool that looks like a fish tank... All ages back 1970s...

The receptionist was very kind, when she was there... She disappeared in the afternoon and we didnt see anybody of the staff until the next morning!

It's the only room we could find during the New Year rush. The hotel never answered my email. At night there's no one at the front desk, we have a card to swipe in. So there's no one who can help with late night check-ins. The room was dusted and the phone was dead. And we paid 2500b for each night! There's only one staff who speaks limited English.

The service here is excellent, the location is convenient in a lovely local area, the breakfast offers plenty of options, and the staff is extremely helpful.

The quirky design of the hotel facilities, including the lovely garden cafe, added to the overall charm. We appreciated the secure electronic keycard access to the elevator and stairs.
